Job summary

Wamrus Trading, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to oversee stock levels of imported products, monitor aging items, and provide insights to improve turnover.

You will coordinate daily with the warehouse and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate stock records and timely deliveries. The role covers merchandising support, RTV monitoring, data dashboards, and reporting to Brand Marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory and aging stock.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inventory levels for imported products.
• Monitor aging items and recommend actions to improve turnover.
• Prepare weekly inventory reports with sell-through and stock levels.
• Identify slow-moving SKUs and plan for re-orders, sales events or employee sales.
• Audit inventory accuracy by comparing SAP data with physical stock.
• Coordinate with warehouse for stock movements and deliveries.
• Conduct weekly warehouse visits to verify stock vs system records.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams on deliveries and documentation.
