Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and inventory tracking.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, E2, or similar).
• Experience with cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with 3PL providers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse and distribution operations by tracking stock movements, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring inventory records are current and reliable.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory verification activities to identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze inventory data and prepare accurate reports to support inventory planning, operational efficiency, and management decision-making.
• Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to maintain data integrity and optimize inventory control processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, customer service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and on-time order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to monitor inventory performance, resolve issues, and improve service levels.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements to minimize recurring issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory control policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
