Job summary

Ace Hardware Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Monitoring & Exception Management analyst to safeguard stock accuracy across the supply chain in the Philippines.

You will monitor daily inventory transactions, investigate discrepancies, and conduct post-audit reviews of adjustments and system transactions, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. You will also perform Data Analysis to identify trends and operational risks, develop recommendations, and support management

• Monitor inventory transactions and identify inventory exceptions on a daily basis.
• Analyze and investigate inventory discrepancies, negative balances, and unusual inventory movements.
• Conduct post-audit reviews of inventory adjustments and related system transactions.
• Recommend corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and operational risks from inventory data.
• Develop recommendations to improve inventory performance.
• Support management with accurate reports and meaningful analysis.
• Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly and periodic reports
