Job summary

Zooey Plastics in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to monitor and optimize stock levels, movements, and availability within a manufacturing setting.

You will maintain accurate records, prepare variance analyses, and collaborate with Warehouse, Production, and Purchasing to prevent shortages and reduce excess inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Business Administration or Accounting.
• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or data analysis is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, movements, and availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stocks with system records.
• Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock variances.
• Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages, excess, or slow-moving items.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, and other departments regarding inventory requirements.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock audits.

• Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions.
• Provide recommendations to improve inventory accuracy and control.
