Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in market, supermarket, or warehouse stock clerking.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Google Sheets, Excel, and Word.
• In-depth knowledge of Inventory System and managing inventory items.
• Familiar with classification and storage rules of various products.
• Familiar with the query of production dates for goods.
• History of long-term and stable employment.
• Attentive to details.
• Willing to shift schedules and graveyard shift.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update stock records.
• Count materials, equipment, and supplies in stock.
• Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure stock quality.
• Coordinate purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Distribute or stock merchandise.
• Responsible for all aspects of order processing.
• Assist with packing and shipping of orders.
• Control day-to-day inventory operations.
• Use statistics to determine which products are selling and which are under-performing.
• Assist with receiving inventory and customer refunds; prepare invoices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
