Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Inventory Analyst to generate data, compute end stock by book/item/brand, and prepare stock flow analyses for each brand. You will print stock analyses and produce reports such as retail and cumulative sales, model-wise sales, and EPR location-status.

You will encode ICs, assist in reconciliations, and handle PO preparation and brand masterfile updates. The role also covers assisting in corporate sales, handling inventory audits, and managing email requests to

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy, Finance Management/Accounting Technology/IT or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Analytical skills.
• Must reside in Binondo Manila or willing to be assigned in the area.
• Immediate availability required.
