Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records and monitor stock movements.
• Assist in daily accounting tasks: encoding transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.
• Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and suppliers for stock transfers and documentation.
• Handle billing, invoicing, filing, and other administrative accounting tasks.
