Job summary

ActionLabs IT Services Phils. Corp in Makati is seeking a Managed Cloud & Endpoint Operations Engineer to own proactive and reactive IT managed services across cloud, on-premise, and endpoint environments.

You will ensure availability, security, and cost efficiency of infrastructure, lead patch management with Microsoft Intune UEM, and collaborate with cloud, security, network, and DevOps teams to deliver operational excellence and superior customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, production experience with Microsoft Intune Unified Endpoint Management (UEM).
• Proven experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting OS and application patches using Intune, including update rings, compliance policies, and reporting.
• Strong experience supporting Windows endpoints in an enterprise or managed services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 8x5 cloud and endpoint infrastructure monitoring and alerting across compute resources, OS, databases, and endpoints.
• Own endpoint patch management lifecycle using Microsoft Intune UEM, including planning, scheduling, testing, deployment, and validation of patches.
• Deliver proactive managed services and work with cloud, security, network, and DevOps teams to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly backup status reports and conduct cost optimization reviews.
