Job summary

WeSupport, Inc. is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Intune and Modern Workplace/Endpoint Management to manage and support Intune, Autopilot, and Defender for Endpoint across a global environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with Intune governance, RBAC, automation, and compliance, along with strong problem solving and leadership skills. Collaborative coordination with Service Desk and regional stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of IT Infrastructure, End User Computing, Modern Workplace, or Endpoint Management experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Microsoft Intune management in an enterprise environment.
• 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 and endpoint technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, CA, device compliance policies, and Defender for Endpoint.
• Experience troubleshooting L2/L3 Intune and endpoint issues (enrollment, policy conflicts, compliance, Autopilot).
• Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management.
• Automation, reporting, monitoring, and endpoint health/compliance dashboards.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, endpoint compliance, configuration profiles, and deployment.
• Provide L2/L3 technical troubleshooting for enrollment, policy conflicts, Autopilot, and endpoint security issues.
• Maintain Intune technical standards, baselines, governance controls, and support procedures.
• Coordinate endpoint support and escalations with Service Desk, Local IT, Security, Infrastructure, and vendors.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, deployment success, and SLA/KPI performance.
• Develop PowerShell automation, reporting, and dashboards to improve efficiency.
