¡ACADEMY, Inc. seeks a dedicated professional to design and implement internship readiness and immersion programs for college and senior high school students in Metro Manila. You will ensure interns receive pre-enrollment training and monitor progress through weekly reports.

Competenze

• College graduate, preferably a degree holder of Education, Counseling, Human Resource Management or other related degree programs.

Mansioni

• Design and implement internship readiness programs and immersion readiness for college and senior high school.
• Ensure interns have adequate readiness training prior to enrollment in the internship program.
• Monitor and assess internship readiness and clearance progress via weekly reports and reminders.
• Ensure timely processing of internship clearance and assist enrollment concerns.
• Serve as a role model for interns and facilitate orientation prior to deployment to host companies.
• Provide information related to internship programs of different companies and relay vacancies to interns.
• Act as liaison between HEI and host companies and coordinate with supervisors for trainings.
• Review and propose process improvements; update readiness programs for each course/strand.
• Develop framework for alternative Career Advancement programs with the Program Chairperson.
• Prepare activity/proposals and budget forms, post-event reports, and liquidation reports.
• Assist Partnerships Team in events and activities and maintain industry partner relations.
• Submit required reports and accreditation documents promptly and accurately.
