Job summary

KadaKareer is seeking an intern in Manila to support brand communications and manage campaign executions within adidas' inclusive culture. Main responsibilities include brainstorming campaign ideas, supporting on-ground events, and conducting market research.

Job description

Support brand communications, campaign execution, and category management tasks within adidas' dynamic and inclusive culture.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Contribute to brainstorming campaign ideas including seeding kits and social media publishing guidelines for adidas DTC and Wholesale Partners
• Support brand and agencies during on-ground events such as registration and monitoring media posts
• Monitor and track deliverables from KOLs and athletes for product seeding
• Assist product specialist with product seeding preparations, deliveries, and Head Office Stockroom Promo inventory count
• Support Product Deck encoding for presentations to partners and internal adidas teams (PFF, NU, etc.)
• Send HLD Calendar and set up/lead sale events including Sample Sale and Hype Sale
• Manage projects related to Hyperlocal Production and Replenishment Monitoring and Coordination
• Follow up on Sell Through Reports and create report templates
• Consolidate qualitative feedback to support campaign sell-through
• Conduct market research including competitor checks and market insights
• Support Go-to-Market activities such as sample showroom readiness and Brand Day/Sell-in preparations
• Prepare brand campaign reports and quarterly internal newsletters

About You

The company is looking for:

• Students enrolled in Marketing or Business-related courses
• At least 3rd year college students with a good track record in extra-curricular activities and project management (mandatory internship for school credit preferred)
• Experience or interest in brand/category management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment
