Job summary

Canva is expanding its Internal Coaching Team in the Philippines and seeks an experienced coach to lead 1:1 coaching journeys, group coaching programs, and team coaching requests. You will work within the People Experience Group to drive radical mindset transformation and positive behavioural change across Canvanauts.

You bring 5+ years of dedicated 1:1 coaching, formal accreditation, and proven ability to coach across levels, with a strong transformational approach and root-cause exploration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years dedicated 1:1 coaching experience.
• Formal, recognised coach-specific training and accreditation.
• Experience coaching individuals across different levels.
• Deep transformational coaching capability and root-cause exploration.
• Strong understanding of transformational coaching methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured 1:1 coaching journeys (6 sessions over ~3 months).
• Design and run group coaching programs (e.g., 3-month groups).
• Facilitate team coaching requests (90min–2hr sessions).
• Contribute coaching experiences and resources, attend meetings, and join working groups.
