Job summary

PDAX is seeking a Product Manager to build, optimize, and scale back-office software that powers daily operations. You will own internal tools, partner with Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Finance, and drive end-to-end delivery, including integrations with enterprise platforms.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, manage the tool roadmap, and measure impact with KPIs like processing time and error rates. This role demands ownership and structured problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, Operations Analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience with internal tooling or enterprise software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Stakeholder Engagement across Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Finance.
• Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize internal tool enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive sprint execution with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Own proprietary and third-party tools like Freshdesk, Kissflow, and ReTool integrations.
