• Full-cycle recruitment across a generalist range of roles
• Ability to define candidate success profiles in partnership with hiring managers
• Experience with headhunting and proactive pipeline building

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across internal roles
• Partner with hiring managers for intake and scoping sessions
• Execute direct headhunting and proactive pipeline building
• Coordinate structured interview processes and manage offers end-to-end
• Maintain ATS records and pipeline tracking throughout cycles
• Flex into external client TA team during lower internal demand periods
