Key Responsibilities

• Information Gathering & Research
  • Collect existing SOPs, escalation protocols, FAQs, and workflow diagrams.
  • Conduct interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and domain leads under HRIS guidance.
• Documentation & Workflow Definition
  • Draft and organize content for multiple documentation types, including process overviews, procedures, workflow maps, escalation paths and compliance notes.
• Knowledge Base Integration
  • Upload finalized documentation into the HRIS knowledge base for easy access and reference.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
