Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team. You will work on space planning, floor plans, quotes, and 3D renderings using CET, coordinating with sales and purchasing.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in interior design with a strong portfolio, advanced AutoCAD and SketchUp skills, and a Bachelor's degree. You will manage timelines, client expectations, and deliverables, while helping train the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years interior design experience with strong completed portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp software.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines efficiently.
• Skilled at managing client expectations and project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Consult dealers on client requirements, budget, timeline, workstation count, and space-planning needs.
• Create floor plans, quotes, and 3D renderings using CET.
• Recommend products using independent design judgment.
• Apply discounts accurately and revise quotes promptly.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Purchasing on orders.
• Manage design inbox and project tracking tools.
• Assist customers on phone and support Customer Service as backup.
• Own internal processes and train team members.
• Meet production targets: $1M monthly quotes and 22 projects weekly.
