About the role

This is an Interior Design role involving all rounded design involvement which includes Concept Design, Space Planning, Documentation, Joinery Detailing and Coordination. You will meet up and discuss with clients regarding project scope and time schedule, prepare floor plans for client and building management presentation, develop design concepts and 3D modeling to convey ideas to clients, prepare production detailed drawings, and handle colour coordination, selection of materials, textures, images, furniture, fittings, and specifications. You will prepare colour and material boards for presentations, conduct presentations in front of clients, and collaborate with clients and contractors to deliver projects smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• All rounded design involvement which includes Concept Design, Space Planning, Documentation, Joinery Detailing and Coordination
• Meet up and discuss with clients regarding project scope and time schedule
• Preparation of floor plans to be presented to client and building management
• Develop design concepts and 3D modeling to convey ideas to clients
• Preparation of production detailed drawings
• Colour coordination, selection of materials, textures, images, furniture, fittings, and specifications
• Preparation of colour and material boards for presentations
• Conduct presentations in front of clients
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to deliver projects smoothly

About you

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• Required skill(s): AUTOCAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop and MS Office
• Passionate in interior design with good knowledge in selection of colours and materials
• Pleasant personality with good integrity and strong sense of responsibilities
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
• Confidence in interacting with a variety of consultants, sub-consultants and suppliers
