What Youll Do

As part of our collaborative design team, you'll help shape purposeful spaces that make a lasting impact by:

• Developing interior concepts, working closely with lead designers and collaborators
• Creating compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate design intent
• Preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Coordinating with suppliers to gather finishes, furniture, and product information
• Preparing budgetary for finishes, furniture, and equipment (FFE)
• Selecting finishes and FFE aligned with project goals
• Maintaining accurate, organized documentation and samples throughout the design process

What Success Looks Like

Design concepts and documentation guided by purpose and clarity. Effective communication of design ideas through presentations and visuals. Smooth coordination with suppliers and timely material sourcing. Efficient budgeting and FFE specification. Organized project files that support design clarity and follow-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Interior Design
• At least 1 year of professional experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, rendering and presentation tools
• Well-versed in interior construction drawings, specifications, and FFE sourcing
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple tasks with independence
• Basic understanding of architectural principles is a plus
