Job summary

Talkstation Academy Cebu in Cebu City is seeking a creative Interior Designer to join our team. You will develop concepts, layouts, and 3D presentations, coordinating with contractors and suppliers for on-site implementation.

The role requires a degree in Interior Design or related field, knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp, strong organization, and excellent communication. Projects include hotel and cafe spaces, with relocation between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or other design software.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and layouts.
• Prepare drawings, 3D presentations, and design materials.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress and ensure designs are properly implemented.
• Assist with material, furniture, and finish selections.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team.

Project Assignments:

• Garden Hotel – village-style concept

• Cafe Pantry – inside an academy

Office Locations:

• Paseo Saturnino, Cebu City

• Skyrise 2, IT Park, Cebu City

Applicants must be flexible and willing to work at either location, depending on project assignment.
