Conti's Specialty Foods, Inc. in Taguig is seeking an Interior Designer/Architect to plan and design interiors with cost efficiency and compliance to standards.

You will translate concepts into preliminary and construction drawings, assemble detailed design specifications, and keep files organized. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Interior Design or Architecture, 1–2 years' experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Perspective rendering, and Photoshop; food & beverage background is

Responsibilities

• Plan and design interior projects with cost effectiveness and standards compliance.
• Encode plans from preliminary to construction drawings and prepare detailed design specification lists.
• Maintain organized filing of all construction documents (soft copies).
• Provide technical support for project design, CADs, SketchUp, Photoshop, renderings and other technical drawings.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for creative and innovative planning and design Considering cost effectiveness, compliant to standards, and within the given timeframe. Encodes plan from preliminary to construction detailed drawings, documents the contract, prepares the detailed design specification list according to the approved specified materials. Maintains organized filing of all construction (soft copies). Provides technical support relating to project’s design, CADs, sketch up, photoshops, renderings and other technical drawings.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architect

• With at least 1 to 2 years of work experience

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Has knowledge in AutoCAD, sketch up, Perspective rendering programs and Photoshop is a must.

• Food and Beverage background is preferred.

• Has the ability to read and understand construction plans.

• 1-year experience with design and construction is an advantage.

• Creative and proactive

• Can validate site design and implementation.

• Willing to do project monitoring work.

• Willing to be assigned in Taguig and can start ASAP.
