Job summary

You will handle end-to-end from consultation to handover, coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior design sales and closing renovation projects.
• Hands-on renovation project management with site coordination and client communication.
• Ability to prepare and present design proposals and quotations confidently.
• Experience guiding or leading a team of interior designers.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on company-provided leads, meet homeowners, understand their needs, and turn enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Develop design concepts, space plans, material selections, quotations, and proposals that suit each client's budget and lifestyle.
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining healthy project margins.
• Manage your own projects from design and planning through site coordination, quality checks, client updates, and handover.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead and coach junior interior designers on sales, proposals, client service, and project management.
• Monitor the team's sales pipeline and project progress, and provide regular updates to management.
• Build strong client relationships and handle feedback professionally.
