Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in renovation/design
• Strong PM skills including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and MS Office
• Familiar with construction and design industry regulations and standards
• Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture
• Experience in F&B and Office renovations is an advantage
• Local apply only due to no pass quota for foreign staff

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project management and coordinate fit-out projects from inception to completion
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines and resource allocation
• Organize kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and site briefings for clients and suppliers
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed throughout the project
• Monitor milestones and handle variation orders; mitigate risks
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Serve as the main interface between the company and clients; gather feedback and resolve issues
• Ensure proper handover documentation and post-project actions are followed up
