Job summary

The CodeBox Inc. in Cebu City is seeking an experienced interior designer to plan and detail residential lobbies, entrance areas, and common spaces.

Ideal candidates will translate design concepts into architectural drawings, produce 3D models and visualizations, and coordinate materials and finishes, working closely with a Senior Architect in Israel to implement feedback.

A strong portfolio, 4+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Revit are required, with AutoCAD as a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Proven experience in interior design, particularly lobbies and common areas.
Strong Revit skills – required.
Strong 3D modeling and visualization capabilities.
AutoCAD – an advantage.
Strong design sense, attention to detail, and understanding of materials and finishes.
Good English communication skills.
Relevant portfolio required.

Responsibilities

Interior design and detailed planning of residential lobbies, entrance areas, and common spaces.
Development of design concepts into detailed architectural drawings.
Preparation of 3D models, visualizations, and presentation materials.
Selection and coordination of materials, finishes, lighting, and interior design elements.
Work closely with a Senior Architect in Israel and implement design feedback.
