Filinvest Group is seeking an Intercompany Accounting Analyst – Proof and Control to handle intercompany reconciliation and coordinate related accruals and billing with related parties. The role supports the corporate hub for intercompany activity and ensures accurate month-end close.

The ideal candidate holds a BS-Accountancy and has 1–2 years of accounting experience; experience in account analysis is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Must have a BS-Accountancy degree.
• At Least 1–2 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience in account analysis is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Post intercompany journal entries for cross-company locations.
• Coordinate with accounting contacts for intercompany transactions not via the tool.
• Monitor pending intercompany requests and provide status updates.
• Prepare accruals for recurring transactions.
• Ensure timely expense recognition for year-end intercompany accruals.
• Serve as Corporate hub for intercompany accounting and reconciliation.
• Coordinate intercompany accounting across the Company, ensuring proper valuation and cutoff.
• Responsible for month-end close reporting for intercompany.
