Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an eLearning Developer to design and produce interactive training modules for diverse global clients. You will translate instructional design into engaging content using leading authoring tools and ensure accessibility and brand compliance across platforms.

You will collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and training leads, manage assets, test usability, and deliver templates and design systems for scalable learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent experience in multimedia design, digital media, or training development.
• Strong multimedia and technical design skills.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools and graphic design software.
• Strong attention to visual detail, user experience, and interactivity.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical or publishing issues.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive eLearning modules, simulations, and videos based on instructional design storyboards.
• Use eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or equivalent.
• Build SCORM/xAPI‑compliant content for LMS deployment.
• Create graphics, animations, and media assets to support learning objectives.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and training leads.
• Conduct functionality, usability, and compatibility testing on all eLearning products.
• Maintain digital asset libraries, templates, and design systems.
• Ensure all eLearning meets accessibility, brand, and telecom compliance standards.
