Job summary

GCash is seeking a driven professional for a Technology & Operations role in the Philippines. The role focuses on supporting strategic programs, enabling executive decision-making, and prioritizing initiatives aligned with CTOO priorities.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business Administration with 1–2 years of experience, preferably with FinTech or tech-enabled financial services exposure, and have strong stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Management or Business Administration with 1-2 years professional experience.
• Work Background / Experience in FinTech, Technology, Financial Services and/or eCommerce
• Strong business acumen, knowledge in technology space and program/project management
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Must be able to manage stakeholders well

Responsibilities

• Support select strategic programs for Tech and Ops, projects aligned to GCash’s business objectives and CTOO Mandate
• Provide inputs towards enabling the Executive team and CTOO Management Team in decision-making, program management, and key initiatives implementation.
• Assess and prioritize within identified key areas to enable and support in line with the organization's strategies and priorities.
• Partner with and enable key groups in need of support and/or augmentation to deliver priority strategic imperatives

You Will Be Responsible For The Following
