Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Customer Support Associate (Insurance) to be the friendly voice for customers. You’ll handle payments, billing, and coverage questions, support claims inquiries, and learn the systems with full training and ongoing coaching.

This 5-month contractual role starts onsite for the first month, then shifts to hybrid. Evening coverage 7:00 PM–10:00 AM is required, with potential overtime and weekend coverage as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with strong accuracy.
• Comfortable with PC and internet-based applications, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Insurance background is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries on insurance payments, billing, and coverage.
• Support claims-related questions and respond to customer concerns based on set processes.
• Explain available payment options and arrangements in line with guidelines.
• Document every customer interaction accurately in internal systems.
• Process servicing transactions correctly and within required timelines.
