Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Submissions Clearance Specialist in the Philippines to review submissions for risk alignment and maintain broker correspondence and document workflows. The role involves supporting underwriters, preparing renewals, and assisting with claims review and system UAT.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in the insurance industry, strong written and verbal communication, and familiarity with document management systems. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance industry and underwriting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• License Not Required — no license needed.

Responsibilities

• Review submissions to ensure alignment with risk appetite and business strategy.
• File and maintain all incoming broker submission emails and related documents in ImageRight policy folders ensuring accuracy and organization.
• ImageRight folder structure design and creation.
• Prepares renewals for processing: gather loss experience. Correspond with underwriters, brokers and agents to obtain additional account information or relay account status.
• Assist underwriters with processing and assembly of quotes, binders, premium booking, and endorsements.
• Loss Run and claim review/preparation.
• Assist with UAT of insurance systems.
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
