Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre is seeking a focused Customer Service Associate in the Philippines. You will handle phone-based inquiries, route calls, and provide accurate information on products and policies while upholding regulatory and privacy standards.

Responsibilities include processing billing questions, supporting multiple business areas, and maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree and 0–1 year of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 0-1 year relevant experience
• Provide customer service via phone calls and answer customer, Underwriter and/or agency’s questions regarding product, process, policy

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies are followed and refer/escalate where appropriate
• Comply on provided legislations, industry codes, company policies and procedures
• Regulatory compliance with laws by regional government bodies (e.g., SIRA, RMS)
• Comply with mandatory general insurance requirements (Duty of Disclosure)
• Maintain security in handling credit cards (Secure Pause)
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality agreements
• Establish and maintain good stakeholder relationships
• Cooperate with other functions to answer questions about product/process/policy
• Provide professional, customer-focused service to internal and external customers
• Understand customer needs and meet them
• Follow scripts to ensure customer intent is understood
• Route calls appropriately and answer basic company questions
• Provide quotes to new business customers without risking brand integrity
• Adequate call-center conduct and professionalism
