Job summary
Fortune General Insurance Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Sales and Policy Services Associate (Reliever) to support our sales and policy servicing operations.
The successful candidate will assist in account management, policy processing, client coordination, and the implementation of marketing programs, including responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, processing issuances, and coordinating document delivery.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in insurance, sales support, or policy administration is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from clients, agents, and brokers.
- Prepare premium quotations and proposals.
- Process policy issuance, endorsements, and other policy-related requests.
- Coordinate policy and document delivery.
- Monitor and follow up policy renewals.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Coordinate with underwriting on rates, terms, and conditions.
- Assist in client visits and marketing activities.
- Support the implementation of sales and marketing programs.
