Job summary
Fortune General Insurance Corporation is seeking a highly organized Sales and Policy Services Associate (Reliever) to support our sales and policy servicing operations in Cabanatuan, Philippines. You will assist in account management, policy processing, client coordination, and implement marketing programs while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.
The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from clients, agents, and brokers.
- Prepare premium quotations and proposals.
- Process policy issuance, endorsements, and other policy-related requests.
- Coordinate policy and document delivery.
- Monitor and follow up policy renewals.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Coordinate with underwriting on rates, terms, and conditions.
- Assist in client visits and marketing activities.
- Support the implementation of sales and marketing programs.
