Sutherland Philippines, a global leader in digital transformation, is seeking an Insurance Team Manager (Life & Disability) to lead a team of insurance professionals supporting Life and Disability programs. You will drive performance, ensure service excellence, and promote compliance while fostering continuous improvement and employee development.

In this onsite role in Taguig, you will partner with clients, manage stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and implement data-driven strategies to improve

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years as a Team Manager or Operations Leader in a contact center or BPO environment.
Minimum 3 years in Life Insurance and/or Disability Insurance operations.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing Inbound Contact Center teams.
Strong knowledge of Disability products, including STD, LTD, FMLA, State Leave Programs.
Proven ability to analyze data and implement performance improvement strategies.
Excellent leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to work onsite in Taguig City.
