Qualifications

• 1 year proven experience handling insurance policies, payments, or administration.
• Highly knowledgeable in Google Sheets/Excel and tracker management.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate insurance trackers and records.
• Monitor all active insurance policies to ensure no policy is missed.
• Prepare and process monthly insurance payments accurately and on time.
• Handle and monitor insurance funds with proper documentation.
• Verify policyholders, payment schedules, dates, and amounts before processing payments.
• Reconcile payment records and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance providers regarding payments, policy concerns, updates.
• Immediately report and resolve discrepancies or potential issues.
• Ensure all insurance-related tasks meet deadlines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of insurance and company information.
