Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Business Process Senior Associate in Insurance Operations to process and manage financial and non-financial transactions supporting Canadian Group Benefits. Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree or undergraduates with at least 2 years of BPO/back-office experience.

Day or night shifts are available. Preferred candidates have strong Microsoft Office skills and clear communication, with the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or fresh graduate with 2 years of BPO/back-office/administrative experience
• Fresh graduates welcome; undergraduates may apply with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in back-office operations or admin roles is desirable for efficiency in office tasks
• Open to day shift or night shift

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze transactions in line with SLAs
• Master policies governing the transactions handled
• Report system issues affecting operational performance
• Perform other duties assigned by Operations Management
