Qualifications

• Undergraduates may also apply, provided they have at least 2 years of BPO, back‑office, or administrative experience.
• Candidates with experience in back‑office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable.
• Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately capture transaction information in accordance with established procedures, policies, and SLAs.
• Review and validate transactions with a high degree of accuracy, applying sound judgment to minimize risks.
• Handle highly sensitive and regulated funds while ensuring compliance with policies and controls.
• Develop and maintain expertise in business unit processes, guidelines, and transaction requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to team performance metrics.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Operations Management.
