Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Distributor Services Associate to join our Insurance Operations team. You will process and manage both financial and non-financial transactions supporting Canadian Group Benefits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or an undergraduate with at least two years in BPO/back-office. Hybrid work arrangement in Quezon City, Philippines, and opportunities to grow within a global employer.

Qualifications

Position Responsibilities

• Process and analyze transactions in alignment with the Service Level Agreements set with the Business Unit.
• Attain mastery of Business Unit policies governing the transactions handled.
• Report all system issues that may affect operational performance.
• Perform other duties and functions assigned by Operations Management.

Required Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree
• Undergraduates may also apply, provided they have at least 2 years of BPO, back‑office, or administrative experience
• Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Amenable for either day shift or night shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment.
