Bayzat in Iloilo (Philippines) is seeking a Payments/Policies support role within Sales Operations or Account Management. You will place policies with insurers, review client documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, compliant policy placements.

You will maintain Salesforce dashboards, follow up with clients, and ensure accuracy across placement data, contributing to Bayzat's commitment to high-quality service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in Sales Operations or Account Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong strategic, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Obsessively organized and detail-oriented.
• Building strong relationships across internal and external teams.

Responsabilités

• Place policies with insurers.
• Understand documentation requirements from insurance companies.
• Collect and review client documents for accuracy per Confluence checklist and placement process.
• Follow up with clients and escalate to Commercial team when needed.
• Submit policies through insurer portals and via email, then follow up with insurers.
• Update the Salesforce Policy Placement Dashboard daily to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Maintain compliance with agreed turnaround times.
• Track and update accuracy data for each placement (client, operations, insurer).
