Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in Sales Operations or Account Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Obsessively organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Place policies with insurers and understand documentation requirements.
• Collect and review client documents for compliance per the checklist.
• Follow up with clients for missing documents and escalate when needed.
• Submit policies to insurers via portal and email; track status.
• Update the Salesforce Policy Placement Dashboard daily to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to agreed turnaround times and monitor insurer accuracy data.
