Intogreat Solutions in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead day-to-day team functions, coach staff, and drive process documentation and training to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. The role emphasizes engagement, culture, and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will support governance, performance metrics, and client satisfaction, leveraging AI tools such as Copilot to enhance productivity and consistency in daily work.

Qualifications

• Five years of people leadership experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Experience servicing Australian or global clients.
• Experience in the Insurance or Mortgage industry.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop individuals with varying skill levels.
• High reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach to working with others.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coach, and lead day-to-day team functions to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Develop and execute against client-specific account plans and manage client engagement.
• Coach and develop team members, interview and onboard new staff as the team grows.
• Analyze productivity metrics and drive action plans for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery and escalate issues when needed.
• Advocate for client value and maintain alignment with contract scope.
• Support day-to-day work with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
