Job summary

Sutherland Philippines is seeking an organized and goal-oriented Team Manager - Mortgage to lead a team of mortgage consultants and drive KPI performance in a fast-paced environment. You will coach and mentor staff, manage attrition and quality metrics, report trends to Ops Managers, and take ownership of key initiatives to uphold Sutherland's reputation for excellence.

Strong analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, and clear communication are essential to delivering insights and facilitating

Qualifications

At least 2 years of team leadership experience supporting mortgage campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
Excellent communication skills—able to present insights clearly in both written and verbal formats.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to build trust and collaboration with peers, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

Drive the performance of a team of consultants to meet and exceed KPI targets.
Manage attrition, shrinkage, and other critical metrics of the team.
Coach and mentor consultants, providing feedback and performance management.
Inform leadership on trends of end-user customers and provide feedback to Ops Managers.
Drive organizational initiatives within the team as needed.
