Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in Insurance, Healthcare, Retirement Services or Financial Accounts.
• Open to graduates, associates or students who completed at least 2nd year.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
• Flexible with shifting schedules and holiday work.

Responsibilities

• Review completeness and compliance of documents received.
• Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
• Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.
• Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.
• Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.
