Qualifications

Graduate of a 4-year Business or Automotive Vocational Course.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Willing to work in Calamba and travel to Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell insurance products to customers and assist them in selecting coverage.
Process and validate insurance claims and ensure completeness of documents.
Coordinate with insurance companies regarding claim approvals and LOA.
Verify the authenticity and validity of claim documents and coverage.
Review LOA details including amount, participation fee, deductibles, depreciation, and vehicle information.
Monitor the status and progress of insurance claims and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain accurate insurance claim reports and documentation.
Coordinate with Service Advisors to facilitate claim processing and vehicle repairs.
Identify and report discrepancies or issues related to insurance claims and coordinate action.
Address customer concerns regarding insurance claims and escalate as needed.
