• Promote and sell insurance products to customers and assist them in selecting coverage.
• Process and validate insurance claims and ensure completeness of documents.
• Coordinate with insurance companies regarding claim approvals and LOA.
• Verify the authenticity and validity of claim documents and coverage.
• Review LOA details including amount, participation fee, deductibles, depreciation, and vehicle information.
• Monitor the status and progress of insurance claims and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain accurate insurance claim reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to facilitate claim processing and vehicle repairs.
• Identify and report discrepancies or issues related to insurance claims and coordinate action.
• Address customer concerns regarding insurance claims and escalate as needed.
