Job summary

Lennor Metier is recruiting a senior executive to steer the organization’s strategy, operations, and performance across Life and Non-Life insurance lines. You will guide underwriting, risk assessment, portfolio management, and complex corporate accounts while driving profitability and client retention.

As a primary leader, you will oversee sales, marketing, and business development to expand market reach and develop strategic partnerships with insurers and brokers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 10+ years in insurance; 20+ years preferred depending on depth of experience.
• Extensive Non-Life Insurance, underwriting, risk management, and portfolio management.
• Leadership in sales, distribution, marketing, and corporate insurance.
• Proven track record managing a unit or organization with revenue and profitability responsibility.
• Strong understanding of Philippine insurance regulations and market.
• Established professional network within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Direct the company's strategy, operations, and KPIs for profitability and growth.
• Oversee Life and Non-Life insurance operations with underwriting and risk management leadership.
• Lead sales, distribution, marketing, and business development to grow revenue.
• Identify markets, partnerships, and channels to strengthen market presence.
• Drive digital transformation and technology adoption in operations and customer interfaces.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Insurance Commission requirements and laws.
