Job summary

MAESTRO HOLDINGS is seeking an Account Executive to build lasting client relationships and promote life insurance and financial solutions. You will grow a portfolio through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach while conducting needs analyses and presenting products to clients.

You’ll manage applications, ensure accurate documentation, and provide ongoing policy support, with a focus on meeting sales targets and maintaining excellent client service in a dynamic, regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience; experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Promote and sell life insurance products and appropriate financial solutions.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, marketing activities, and other lead-generation initiatives.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend solutions aligned with clients’ needs and financial goals.
• Conduct product presentations and clearly explain insurance products, benefits, and features.
• Manage client applications, documentation, and submission requirements.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and ongoing policy support.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective clients.
• Monitor sales performance and work toward established targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client engagements, and pipeline status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
