Asiacruit is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Insurance and Accounting operations from a remote setting. You will handle inquiries, assist with policy and billing questions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Insurance, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center support, or insurance/accounting support.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional phone and email etiquette, with calm, helpful demeanor.
• Familiarity with case management systems, CRMs, and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and approved channels in a courteous, timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about insurance and accounting processes, policies, billing, and documentation requirements.
• Collect details from customers and verify account or policy information per procedures.
• Log, track, and update customer requests in systems; ensure complete, actionable data.
• Resolve routine requests independently; escalate complex issues to the proper team.
• Follow up on outstanding items and communicate status to customers.
• Maintain a service-first attitude and comply with internal policies and standards.
• Assist with insurance inquiries (policy status, renewals, endorsements) and billing/document requests.
• Verify documentation completeness before routing to the next step.
• Support invoices, statements, and payment status inquiries; coordinate with accounting.
