Job Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for an insurance account
• Supervise team performance and ensure SLA/KPI compliance
• Handle insurance billing, ECC, and process escalations
• Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
• Ensure quality, productivity, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational results
• Assist in reports, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
