Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer to design and implement training programs aligned with business needs. You will partner with stakeholders to assess needs, review content, and manage programs from start to finish.

You will collect assessment data to refine programs and update existing materials, while tracking progress toward learning objectives and deploying courses in the LMS.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in instructional design or a closely related field.
• Understanding of instructional design models and principles (ADDIE or SAM), learning theories, and educational psychology.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (Lessonly, Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas).
• Experience managing projects from start to finish, including organizing resources and timelines and working with stakeholders.
• Skilled in working with multimedia technology and content creation tools (Adobe Photoshop, Audacity).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for developing content and working with a team.
• Ability to assess courses for their efficacy and adapt for different learning styles and diverse learners.
• Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to create effective instructional materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform training needs assessments to understand learner needs and identify gaps.
• Define clear instructional goals and objectives based on needs assessment.
• Develop outlines, storyboards, scripts, or other materials to guide content creation.
• Develop or oversee creation of e-learning courses, videos, job aids, or other educational materials.
• Apply modern learning theory to create efficient learning experiences.
• Work with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Use assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Manage instructional design projects from inception to completion, including timelines and resources.
• Update content based on learner feedback and changes in processes or products.
• Manage course deployment and track completion on a Learning Management System.
