Job summary

SEEK is seeking an Instructional Designer for the APAC Enablement Team to craft high-quality, culturally relevant learning content that boosts sales performance across APAC markets.

You will translate product knowledge from experts into accessible training, design multi-modal journeys, and measure impact with rigorous evaluation methods, while collaborating across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• One to three years' experience in instructional design, learning development or a related field, with exposure to sales capability or product knowledge building.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies across multiple modalities.
• Learner and customer-focused mindset — you design with the end user in mind and measure success by real behaviour change.
• Proven ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and builds trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Able to construct, present and deliver end-to-end training plans and programmes of work.
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team — you know when to lead and when to contribute.
• Experience working with an LMS to publish, manage and track learning content.
• Proficient with learning design tools and technologies, with strong attention to detail.
• Experience extracting and translating complex information from subject matter experts into clear, accessible content.

The Role

This role sits within the APAC Enablement Team, Strategy, Planning & Content and reports to the Instructional Design Team Leader, APAC. The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, culturally-appropriate learning materials and experiences that drive sales performance improvement across diverse APAC markets.
