Job summary

SEEK, a multinational technology business in Asia, is seeking an Instructional Designer in APAC. You will report to the APAC Instructional Design Team Leader and craft high-quality, culturally relevant learning materials that drive sales performance across diverse APAC markets.

You will design multi-modal learning journeys, extract knowledge from product teams, and publish content via LMS platforms while ensuring accuracy, accessibility and regional applicability across SEEK’s APAC footprint.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in instructional design or related field.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and multi-modality design.
• Learner-focused mindset with ability to measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, culturally appropriate learning content for APAC.
• Develop engaging multi-modal learning journeys optimized for knowledge retention.
• Design evaluation mechanisms to validate learning outcomes in sales scenarios.
• Translate complex product knowledge from SMEs into clear content.
• Maintain accuracy and adhere to design systems for instructional quality.
• Leverage LMS and platforms to publish, manage and track learning content.
• Localize content for regional relevance while preserving objectives.
